What is the average cost of a swimming pool?

The average cost of a swimming pool varies greatly depending on the size, type, and location of the pool, as well as any additional features or amenities that are included. On average, you can expect to pay between $40,000 and $125,000 for a swimming pool. Our pools start out at around $75,000 and average around $100,000 but can go much higher depending on they type of equipment, features, size and upgrades preferred.

How long does it take to build the pool?

It typically takes 12 to 16 weeks to build a pool, however, this timeframe may be extended due to weather conditions and subcontractor availability, especially during the spring and summer months. Furthermore, delays may occur due to material and product availability due to supply chain shortages. Our team will work diligently toward completing your project on time and as scheduled. Read More about the Our Pool Construction Process here.

Will someone work on my pool project every day?

No. Our team consists of different crews, each possessing their own set of skills. We strive to efficiently schedule the crews consecutively while working on your project, but there may be delays and days when no one will be working at all. This is accounted for in our completion goals; the Roadmap should help you keep track of the scheduling.

Are there any hidden or “surprise” costs not in the contract invoice?
We try to be as transparent and accurate as we can with our pricing and we do not hide or conceal additional costs from our customers. With that said, we can not know for sure what lies below the ground. Things like rock, tree stumps and old dump sites and other things can cause delays and extra cost. Can I make changes during construction?

Yes, you can make changes all the way up until the last check and handshake. We will have to do a change order to the contract, but keep in mind that if we have completed the area that you are wanting to change there will be additional cost associated with the extra labor, waste and materials associated with the change.
